Subject: Zip Backup won't run!!! Help!

Try to run ZipBzckup 3.20, get the message "Zip Backup to CD has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Running WinXP SP2, AVG antivirus, ZoneAlarm.
I uninstalled all recent new app and utilities, cleaned the register, and it still won't run.
This started about 4 days ago.

It's been running fine on this computer for several years.

What's the problem?
