Subject: XP search feature locks up after downloading your zio file |

I have downloaded your software and unzipped it.
I searched for it with the search feature of Windows XP Home Edition.
My computer now locks up while executing the search and I must reboot every time I try the Search feature.
This problem did not occur until I just now downloaded your product.
I was already going to replace my hard drive, but I must back up my data files.
I am a novice and cannot locate the program to backup my data files, so I was searching for your program files.
What can I do?

If you only have unzipped the program it could not have any influence on the functionality of Windows, and even if you did install the program it should not have any influence on Windows as no system files are changed. The installation process only copies files to the Zip Backup to CD program folder.
