After 2 weeks of using your software, I tired to read the files and attempt to restore as a way of testing it. Each time I was unable to read the file on multiple machines. The software would start to read, but would either stop half-way thru, or simply close itself out. Yesterday (6/23/04) I downloaded your newest version with the same results. Nero and InCD are running on both machines but that does not seem to stop it from performing the backup.

Try if you can open the file with another Zip program or if you are using WindowsXP open the zip archive with the Windows Explorer. If you open it with WinZip you can test the archive. I guess that there is a problem with reading the zip file from your CD. You should enable verify zip file after backup to make sure that the file on the CD is readable and error free. You can also test if you can copy the file from the CD to your hard disk if that fails you CD is defect.
