tech support does not exist or i cannot get them to answer any of my 15 emails about the zip backup software which does not work properly!! How can I get tech support to help me or refund my money ( I have 2 licenses)

Reviewing the posts it seems that the last time they replied was last year, seems odd, but frustrating.
