You may take support seriously, but don't you at least pay attention to the series of problems I have related to you ??? Every option you have given has been tried based on a previous response from you !!!! Your software does not work, at least for me. An even if it did it is too unstable to be used in a business environment...

Please try to be specific and explain exact what your problem is. Inform about settings and environment, attach log files, job files and screen pictures and what you are doing. The problem with InCD reporting that there is not more free space after 373MB is an InCD problem. Packet writing of big files is often unstable. Please try to let the program burn direct to your CD’s. To make sure the backup job is working first try to run the job with a local hard disk as destination and when this is working try to change the destination to your CD drive’s letter. Look at the CD/DVD screen an make sure that your CD drive is recognised and if the media you intend to use not certified to the max write speed of your CD burner then set the max preferred speed to the max allowed speed of your media.
