Subject: NT Backup failed message

I have just installed ZipBackup to CD for about the 5th time for different people on Windows Xp SP2, but this time, when a ZipBackup is started up pops this message "NT Backup failed. Check if NTbackup.exe is installed. If this ...." and it goes on to tell me how to install it. If I click OK it continues anyway, but I must be present to click the Ok for it to carry on. But I don't want to use NTBackup. Perhaps it is because I have told it to Run as a Service, which I don't usually do. I am writing to CDRW - never a problem before.
