We reloaded a machine and reinstalled the software but the documentation we had that had the registeration key has been lost how can I get that key again?I tried to e-mail support but have not heard a reply so thought I would try here. Thanks so much in advance for the help

A new key has been send.
When you need a new key send a mail to support with as much information about your purchase, email address, registration name, your postal address.
