Is there a way to have Zip Backup to CD load a specific job when you open Zip Backup to CD? I have tried modifying the INI file to do this, but haven't found the right key.

Yes, I think you can use the instruction in the help file:
"Remind the user to make a backup" change it to remind the use every day.

But that doesn't solve the issue of Loading a specific job when you start the program.
