Backup forum overview

I do a differential backup daily to a CD-RW.

At the appointed time, the application opens, then immediately gives the error message: Unable to create directory, then aborts.

I have to manually load the backup job, and it runs OK.

I have version 3.19.8.504

What's the problem?
