apparently when reading Cat.cat. Anyone know what this means?

This problem must be related to a line in the .cat file with some ambiguous characters. If I can have a copy of a .cat file with the problem I am sure that we can make a change to avoid the problem in the future. I thing that if the .cat file is deleted you can make a new .cat file and it will work again.
