Subject: Erasing cdrw discs |

I get an error message when I try to erase disc saying the disc was formated for direct access. How can I reformat so I can use the disc for Zip Backup. My software does not seem toi have an option to change the format.

Go to the CD/DVD tab and select your device in the drop down box at the top, and then click the "Complete Erase" button.
