When the program was attempting to compare files in the nfirst zip file, I received a message stating "Error written disc file different from source file".
What is the program comparing? After 2 more zip files were written successfully, it asked for a new disc and wrote the 1st zip file to this disc without any error.
I could see no difference in the file size, the number of compressed files or the uncompressed file size! When ziptocd encountered this error, the stopped(will this also occur when ziptocd is running in background?
2nd ?, is there a way to print the backup log within the program?

After the burning of the media the file on the media is compared with the original file. In your case some bits in the file on the media was not equal to those in the source file. This is normally caused by burning medias with a higher speed than the media is certified to or the media is defective or damaged (the media surface may also be scratched or dirty), it can also be caused by hardware defects. Depending on the settings the program will eventually erase the media and try again. If it is running in the background and the email notification is selected it will send a mail informing about the problem, if it is not solved within 2 hours it will cancel the job and write the incident to the log.
