Subject: Corrupted Zip Backup to CD???? |

I tried to do a backup today and received a diagnostic stating that there was not enough disk space, even though the CD-R was less than one-half full. Before that message appeared, there were quick flashes of some other little window in the middle of the screen. I inserted a "new media" (a fresh CD-R) as requested and got the same results. I rebooted Windows and tried again with the same results. Any suggestions?
Should uninstall the current version and download a new one?
