Subject: Can't burn a CD

I'm having trouble getting your program to burn CDs. I have uninstalled it, redownloaded it, and reinstalled it, to no avail. I can burn CDs using Roxio and Windows so I know my CD burner works. I have also had your program make a zip file to my hard drive which I was then able to burn to a CD using Windows.

When I start and run your program, the following happens:

It states "Files to backup..."
Then "Sorting 406 files..."
Then " Writing to disc"
"Wait! Do not remove media"
"Error burning to disc"

How do I fix this?

At what speed is it actually burning (see log). Try to set the max preferred speed to 8 or 10 if your medias are certified to this speed or a higher speed.

The log does not show a burning speed. The following error is in the log:

I also tried setting the max preferred speed to 8 and then 10 and got the same error both times. The CD is certified 4X-10X.
