Been having problems with version 3.18 where it keeps saying that the disc is full even though it is set to erase.
I tried doing a manual erase and it works.
I installed latest version 3.20 and now there is no drop-down box under Destination to select the DVD writer!
What do I do?

Select the destination with the drive letter, and only if that does not work select the destination as a device. If you are going to select the destination as a device (not recommended) then in the Advanced menu, "Enable device selection".

Why is it not recommended to select the destination as a device?
Selecting the DVD writer as a drive letter does not work.
