I am running ZB2CD on WinXP and have scheduled files on my server to be backed up to a secondary drive also on the network.
In selecting files to backup , the browse to file/folder option does not allways show my mapped drives and I am forced to browse the network to re-select my backup choices.
What appears to happen is that ZB2CD loses is ability to authenticate me with my server. When selecting files it asks for the username and password to access the volume. Then I can select the folders and run a manual backup.
The report shown above is from a scheduled backup after a reboot. To perform a backup I need to remove the previous selection and re-selct the exact same files and perform the backup manually each time I want to do a backup.

Zip Backup to Cd is not supposed to login it depends on that the network drive is connected or if you use a UNC drive destination (\\servername\share) that the user logged in has full permission to the share. If you do not have permission (what you do not have as you are asked for a user name and password) you can make a login script which has to be run at the begin of the backup job. Look at "Run as Service" to see have it is done.
