Subject: Backup error: External exception |

I'm using Zip Backup to CD version 3.19.5.496. Everytime I do a backup I get an external exception error. Often it gives the same code: External exception C000001D.
What's causing this? Do I need to be concerned.

When, I try to download, SpyBot Search and Destroy from a Disc I get the message,External exception C000001D.What Causes this and what can I do?
