I realize this backup may not provide "bare metal" backup like Symantec's "Ghost" and other machine transfer programs. However what do you suggest for a machine that looses a hard drive and we need to replace and reload the basic operAQating system. Normally a complete backup with registry settings is sufficient. Do you agree and will this software perform a detailed enough backup including hidden and or system files? Operating Systems are all MS XP, 2000, Servers 2000 & 2003 including Small Business.
I believe this product is excellent and it runs great for us and many of our clients on all the operating systems mentioned.
