From version 3.18.5 you can start the destination file name with -# (-#mybackup) and select Backup > Overwrite Existing Zip Files. This will result in a file with the name "mybackup.zip" if the file is on a removable disk which can be written to direct the file will be overwritten if exists or if the destination is a CD or DVD the file will change name to "mybackup001.zip if the file exists.
